|Recommended: YesWork In Progress — Great new units. There is potential for this to be a fantastic property with a little more work. Quiet area yet close to everything. Stores, airport, eating Grounds, common areas, entrance to building, and parking lot need some attention cleaning, trash, construction debris but is understandable with the amount of construction still taking place and time of year. Hopefully all will be cleaned up as the weather improves and construction is completed. Inside apartment is nice, new, and cozy. The staff seem very responsive to requests or concerns and willing to help

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I haven't been here long, but the apartment and facility are excellent, as are the staff Everyone has been very responsive and helpful during the leasing process and with making sure my move in went well with everything as expected The location is very convenient with everything I need close by.
